MorganFranklin Corporation Enhances Leadership in Commercial Services With Addition of Two Managing Directors

McLean, Virginia – May 1, 2008
MorganFranklin Corporation, a professional services and solutions provider to government and business leaders on high-stakes financial, operational and IT issues, recently announced the appointment of two managing directors within the company’s Commercial Services business unit.

Michael Prendeville in his new role will be responsible for commercial business development and market growth. He has over 15 years of experience in financial leadership, consulting and management. Before joining MorganFranklin, Prendeville was Associate Managing partner for the Tatum, LLC Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to Tatum, LLC Prendeville was a Founding Partner with Control Solutions Inc., an internal audit firm he helped to grow from five employees to 800 over the course of seven years. He also served as Audit Manager with General Electric and is a graduate of General Electric’s Financial Management Program.

Tom Roland in his new role will help oversee the company’s commercial business specifically within the area of financial advisory service delivery. Roland most recently served as a Director within the company’s Commercial Services unit. He has over 10 years of professional experience in financial accounting, technical accounting research, auditing, processes and process improvement. Prior to joining MorganFranklin, Roland served as a Senior Analyst and project manager at Concert Communications. From 1998 to 2000, he also served as a Financial Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Roland received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.
