MorganFranklin Announces Leadership for New Commercial and Public Services Business Units
McLean, Virginia – April 25, 2008
MorganFranklin Corporation, a professional services and solutions provider to government and business leaders on high-stakes financial, operational and IT issues, recently announced the realignment of the company into two core business units, Commercial Services and Public Services, each of which will be led by its own president. Ron Morgan, company founder, has been named President of Commercial Services. Rob Franklin, company founder, will be President of Public Services. Each unit will maintain lines of service in finance and accounting, management consulting and technology and systems.
Additional changes include:
- Warren Martin named Chief Administrative Officer. Warren will oversee Finance, Legal, Risk Management, Corporate Development and Contracts.
- Jeff Pagano named Chief Financial Officer.
- Dave Watkins named Managing Director and Commercial Services leader in Chicago.
- Jim Hiles named Managing Director of Public Services Business Development. Jim will also continue as Head of Contracts.
